| - Long Cool Womanwell my political phase has passed. i was only in the mood for issues for about a week, and now they wear me out too much again. anyway, i was right, the responses were great.
anyway, school starts monday for everyone but me. i feel a little strange. like i'm cheating and going to be caught and thrown back in school eventually for another 3 years. i'll pay the price for working before graduating. how dare i stray from the american way?
it's been 100+ degrees every day for the last month here in waco. and i'm tired of it.

| listening to a lot of my morning jacket. i love the reverb and his angelic voice.
also to the pro-am b-sides. i got number 7 of 10. yeah, track #1 is
"Raindrops Like Atom Bombs"...i play it over...and over...and over...
also now rocking out to Kings of Leon...why it took me so long to get
around to them, i may never know, but i'm in bliss now that i have.

I'm not going to Baylor anymore.
I'm not working at Olive Garden any more.
No longer shall I opperate Chyron or studio cameras in the TV studio.
(I tried to love you but I failed, but I have another plan!)

So I start a new job monday!!!
Praise G-d!!! He has blessed me with a full time real job.
I am now a News Photographer for CBS-affiliate KWTX News 10 Waco Texas.
Complete with company car, medical, dental, paid vacation...etc! (And a salary...oooh!)
I'll be doing this for 1 to 2 years, then the plan is to move to
Ventura California and attend Brooks Institute of Photography where I
will study Cinematography and try to enter the film industry.
The Lord has opened amazing doors for me and blessed me despite my undeserving. Praise HIS wonderful name!
I think I will try to sell the Jetta and get a camera for shooting and a mac for editing.
Anyway, friends who've been long away for quite a while are in town
today before going off to India. So I'm going to visit with those dear
people.
Just thought I'd give an update on my status.
